How the contributor system works?
1) You submit your graphics by integrating them into products.
2) Our client likes your product and buys it.
3) We process the order, print the products and deliver them to your client.
4) We send you payment in the total of the percentage of the sale. -
Who is most likely to buy my work?
The target audience (clients) are international companies that wish to provide their business partners or employees unique gifts that tell their stories. Grow Graphic exhibits at every major promotional gift fair in Europe and actively cooperates with over 8,000 resellers, primarily business gift distributors and marketing agencies.

How do I become a contributor?
It’s easy. Simply click the “Become a contributor” button, fill out the form and you will receive all the necessary information for creating your first design. Send your design proposal to [email protected]. If your design is selected, you will receive our General Agreement and your first payment. After signing the Agreement, you will be able to submit more designs.

How do I submit a graphic?
TEMPLATE REQUEST
1. Select the products and themes that you are interested in.
2. Request the template and instructions at http://www.growgraphics.com/designers.
DESIGN PREPARATION
1. Once you receive the blank template, prepare and insert your graphics according to the instructions. You will also receive a mockup that will help you create the visual.
2. Send a visual (preview) of your graphics to [email protected].
APPROVAL AND AGREEMENT
1. You will receive feedback within 2 weeks.
2. If your graphics are accepted, the General Agreement and further instructions will be sent to your e-mail.
3. Sign the Agreement and send us the scanned document together with the link to your graphics to [email protected].
FIRST PAYMENT
After signing the Agreement, you will receive your first payment from Grow Graphic.
SELLING STAGE
Your design will be showcased in the Grow Graphic gallery within 14 days after signing the agreement.
You will be paid according to the Contributor payment policy.

What kind of graphics will be listed/accepted?
You should keep in mind that the target audience (clients) are international companies that wish to provide their business partners or employees unique gifts. The graphics should reflect messages that various industries want to communicate. So, your goal is to convince marketing managers. For example, logistics companies want to portray that they are connecting the world in a fast and reliable way.
You should turn on your empathy and put yourself into the role of the company (marketing manager) that wants to tell the story of its industry using graphics, then add the company logo/brand to this graphic.
Note that the company will only select your graphics if it agrees with all the messages that your artwork communicates. That’s why we suggest you stick to more general themes and messages so that they are relevant to more companies.
It's very important that you own the commercial use rights to the graphics or photos. Please note that these designs will be used by global companies that take intellectual property very seriously. -
Can I sell the submitted graphics anywhere else?
Yes, you can sell the submitted graphics, illustrations, photos wherever you like. The only limit is that you don’t use (sell) them for the same product. For example, if you have placed your graphics on the Notebook, you are not allowed to produce such notebooks privately or use the graphics for any kind of notebooks.

What form of payment is possible?
Payment is possible only to registered companies (due to high taxes on payments to natural person). Below, you can read the detailed instructions.
EU residents

After your graphics are approved by our team or chosen by our clients, you will issue the invoice and receive payment within 30 days.
The invoice must include:

How can I customize a product?
We offer you three options of customization:
1) Select one of the predesigned graphics and simply add your logo/brand and message in our online configurator. Just follow the simple instructions.
2) Select one of the predesigned graphics and request an open file. You can adapt and redesign the graphic yourself. You can also ask (hire) us to redesign the selected graphics.
3) Request a blank template of a product and make your own design from scratch. -
How can I calculate the price including delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the quantity and delivery address. If you are interested in a specific product, you can fill out the inquiry form at the end of the configurator process or e-mail us an inquiry to [email protected]. In your inquiry, please specify the selected product, quantity, delivery deadline and shipping address. Please write your message in English.

How does the graphic configurator work?
If you choose a theme or click the “Create your own” button, you will enter the graphic configurator. In the configurator, you can select a product with a graphic that you like and simply follow the simple instructions to add your brand/logo and message. In the final step, you can create and export images (PDF) of a product with customized graphic or fill the inquiry form to receive a quote for the product.
If you wish to make more significant corrections to the selected artwork, you can request an open file and redesign the artwork yourself. Alternatively, you can also hire us to do it for you. -
How can I place an order?
Simply follow the instructions and make your custom product using the configurator. At the end, you fill out the Inquiry form and we will get back to you via e-mail. You will receive a quote and digital proof of design. When you confirm both, you will receive an invoice and your order will be processed.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for products with custom graphics?
The minimum order quantity depends on the type of product you wish to purchase. MOQ is defined in the pricelists of individual products.

Where are the products made?
All products are manufactured in the European Union, most of them in Slovenia. All products are the intellectual property of the i4, d.o.o. (the owner of Grow Graphic).

What are the production and delivery times?
The production time depends on the product and quantity ordered. Normally, we can produce up to 2000 pieces in 10 to 12 workdays and complete delivery in 2 to 3 workdays (to EU countries). Occasionally, shorter production times are also possible, so please e-mail us an inquiry to [email protected] . In your inquiry, please specify the selected product, quantity, delivery deadline and shipping address. Please write your message in English.

SHIPPING
We deliver our packages with different shipping providers (GLS, DPD, Post) depending on your shipping address.
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a “Shipping conformation” e-mail containing the tracking code of your package.
Please note that we ship all orders from Slovenia, EU. For all orders to countries outside of the EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes, which are due on arrival and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store. It's impossible for us to determine the customs charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you require detailed information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.
REFUND POLICY
If you find that our products do not meet your expectations, you should send us an e-mail to [email protected] immediately so that we can verify and authorize your return. You have 7 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation, and 15 days to deliver your returns to the post (they need to be postmarked within the 15-day period). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please keep in mind that we are not able to directly exchange goods. This means that if you decide for a different product, you will need to return your order and then place a new one. Once the goods have been returned to us in their original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. Depending on the original payment, it may take a few weeks to see the refund in your account.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for item returns. Shipping costs and customs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with images documenting the flaw that you discovered in 7 workdays from the delivery date. We will handle each complaint individually and replace the flawed parts if discovered that a replacement is justified.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
